Lester Earl is the co-founder and CEO of ASCO Group and is responsible for running all facets of the business.

With over 20 years’ of industry experience Lester brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Beginning his career in the timber industry in 1995, Lester gained exposure to the challenges of business. Starting in the workshop, before undertaking a variety of Business Development, Finance, and Marketing positions.

Whilst in his previous roles, Lester created a small company by the name of Estate Australia and secured a furniture agency in Victoria.

In 2006 after over a decade in the timer business, Lester branched out with his brother Matthew, to create what is now known as ASCO Group.

Lester is heavily involved in a variety of aspects of the business. He’s particularly focused on company culture, community development, innovation, and process improvements.

A primary focus for Lester is ensuring we never deviate from our foundational purpose of continuous improvement. We exist to make people comfortable, something that Lester is incredibly passionate about.

Outside of ASCO, Lester enjoys traveling, learning about cultural history, and spending time with family and friends.
