A purpose designed building, manufactured in Australia and installed on location by trained, licensed trades from your region.

Stellar Washrooms is your partner for a complete service, from early feasability, through to detailed design, manufacture and installation of public washrooms. In house desing capability allows us to provide you with expert design advice. Local on-shore manufacturing means we have control of the quality from beginning to end. Our expert team of carpenters, plumbers and electricians complete the modular build in a factory environment which prioritises quality without the inconvenience of on-site delays. Stellars growing database of trained, lisenced installers will be able to install the modular buildings anywhere in Australia, or alternatively, our staff will be able to provide on-site and remote support if you would like to manage the installation yourself.

Our Process

We’re with you at every step—from feasibility and design to manufacturing and installation.

Our in-house design team provides expert guidance, while our on-shore manufacturing ensures complete quality control from start to finish. In our factory, skilled carpenters, plumbers and electricians construct your modular build in a controlled environment, eliminating on-site delays.

With a growing network of trained, licensed installers, we can install your public toilet building anywhere in Australia. Alternatively, we offer on-site or remote support if you prefer to manage installation independently.

Design
Stellar will prepare a building specification, 3D renders and a set of architectural plans, including details of supporting infrastructure as required.
Collaborate
Once the concept is approved, our team will complete all required design documentation and certifications.
Modular Building
Your public washroom is produced using our modular building method, ensuring exacting standards in a controlled environment.
Site Preparation
While the building is in production, site activities such as establishment, drainage, electrical work, foundations and concreting are completed to prepare for its arrival.
Delivery
Your modular building is shipped to the site and placed on the foundations or slab using a mobile crane. Once positioned, it is secured, roofing is installed, and all service connections are completed, tested and commissioned.
Support
Your service doesn’t end at handover. A Stellar consultant will conduct a performance audit within six months of commissioning to ensure everything runs smoothly. We also keep a stock of replacement components, helping you minimise downtime in the event of vandalism or damage.
